MegaMeetings is a video conferencing and information tool. We have started to use it in our own work for communication on projects, for carrying out micro consultancy and remote workshops and for carrying out remote interviews on our research projects.

We were finding that making 6 hour round trips for 2 or 3 people to interview one of our case studies was uneconomic and a poor use of time.

So we decided to invest in this tool. The version we have allows us 5 video conference users at once. It also allows us to take turns to show what we have on the PC desktop - so talking people through slide shows for remote micro workshops becomes a possibility. And it has a note taking tool which allows participants to allow others to see specific web links.

We are therefore able to offer micro consultancy on any of the topics we support on a prepaid £60+ VAT per hour basis. You can book support here or you can take advantage of our special offer which is aimed at people needing help with on-line marketing.

Between now and Christmas we are offering four 20 minute consultations a week on ways to promote yourselves on line - a face to face introduction to Punch Above Your Weight if you like - or a follow up to discuss specific issues. All you need is a broadband connection, a headset and a video camera.
